Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh/Cary I-40 (PNC Arena)

The hotel is immaculately clean , fresh smelling, pristine and I didn’t expect it because I find room rate inexpensive . I believe the hotel was recently renovated.. Decor was modern and I really like it. Service was excellent. We called front desk for more towels and were delivered to our room within ten minutes. Registration staff was courteous. The video I attached speaks for itself. So highly recommended.

Not a bad hotel with nice decoration/styling, but some vehicles got broken into during our last night there. Had an issue where housekeeping tried to walk into our room without knocking during the day we were checking out. Also had an issue where our room keys were deactivated before the check-out time. Thankfully, they reactivated them for me, but the fact that I even had to go through this is irritating. You're about 70 yards from a gas station, but that's not really a good thing. Saw many people speeding exiting the gas station.

Inconsistent. It's always a pleasure staying at any Hampton Inn. I have stayed at this location more than once, and this last time I stayed, the quality was different. My room had no remote control. When I asked, the host said that they removed my remote and gave it to another guest. Then they attempted to search other empty rooms to give me a remote and never found one that worked. It was a little disappointing.

Enjoyed some drinks by the fire outside, we had to ask David for some help, and he is so sweet! He checked ok it a few times after it was re started to ensure we were not freezing. The hotel is located next to a gas station and they were friendly but that also means more people are frequenting the nearby space more often. We had at least 9 cars broken into smashed the windows and took what they could. 12.16.2023 Checkout is noon, so we were using as much time as we could to wait before our friends flights. Which lead to me stairing down a maid inside my room at 11, she did not knock, my service dog let me know she came in the room, and I mean fully into the room. Looking down at a piece of paper before making eye contact with me. I did not appreciate that at all. While saying our goodbyes to friends in another floor, they had late checkout of 1pm, they were just barely awake when they had someone briefly knock and then attempt to enter their room which they had their bar block on still, which was good because they were naked and they said it occurred closer to 10:40/10:50am. Both of our room keys were deactivated around 11:45? Even though they had late checkout. It was heartbreaking watching the breakfast bar staff lock the barn doors at 10:00 on the dot turning a child away she looked maybe 7 or 8. So don't be late. Room was fine - Shower was clean Sink was clean Floors and bed clean Tv/phone/remote/ac all in good working order Bar staff was friendly Life size chess was fun outside. Over all it was a good place to stay, I just don't feel safe going back. Installing a fence, security camera, hiring security team. Would be a good start to making people like myself feel safe here in the future.

Gorgeous newer hotel! Very clean all around the property! The rooms are excellent! Extremely clean, spacious and comfortable! The whole interior smells really good and fresh! Has a pool, exercise facility, meeting rooms, business center, convenience shop and outdoor sitting area. Free hot breakfast buffet daily for all guests. The decor is very nice and modern! Laundry room is also available for guests. Plenty of parking available. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Prices were really good for our one night stay! I highly recommend staying here when you are in the Raleigh area! Great hotel!
